This wood filler kit contains all the necessary tools to complete strong, durable repairs: an 8oz tub of high-performance wood filler, a 3" putty knife, and a premium sanding block.

To prepare the surface, clean and dry it of dirt, dust, and foreign material. The surface, filler, and air temperature should be above 40°. Mix the filler gently before use.

To fill the area, apply the filler with a putty knife and remove any excess. Large or deep holes may require an additional application. Allow the filler to dry for approximately 1 hour for shallow fills and 2-6 hours for deeper holes.

After drying, use medium sandpaper to sand the area. Before filling, test the stain on a scrap of wood with the filler. The filler can be painted with latex or oil-based paints.

To clean up, remove all excess residue with a damp cloth before the filler dries. Use soap and water to clean hands and tools before the material dries. Reseal the tightly with the cap after each use.

For outdoor use, coat the filled area with exterior paint. It is not recommended for continuous water submersion.
