Introducing the updated PC-Woody, now featuring a professional applicator for seamless wood restoration. This epoxy paste formulation is designed to replace missing or rotted wood, boasting structural strength greater than most natural wood.

Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, PC-Woody is a permanent wood repair solution that shares many characteristics with real wood. Its extended working time makes it ideal for large-scale or critical jobs, allowing users ample opportunity to reposition the work or make necessary changes.

The high "wet grab" or tack of PC-Woody ensures easy application on overhead and sidewall surfaces without any dripping or sagging. This epoxy demonstrates excellent resistance to various environmental factors, including dry rot, UV light, fresh and salt water, as well as chemicals commonly found in pressure-treated wood.

Once cured, PC-Woody can be painted, stained, drilled, machined, sanded, filed, tapped, or sawed, making it a versatile choice for repairing a wide range of wooden structures, such as log homes, furniture, window and door sills, and much more.

Available in a range of colors, PC-Woody offers an off-white component A, a light brown component B, and a mixed pine or tan finish. With a work time of 30-40 minutes at 70°F, PC-Woody achieves a tack-free cure in 90 minutes and a full cure for service in 24 hours, reaching maximum cure in 7 days.

Boasting impressive performance characteristics, PC-Woody demonstrates a Gardner impact resistance of 100 in/lb, an elongation of 5-7%, and non-conductive properties. It is also highly resistant to thermal shock and safe for use once cured, with a heat range of -20 to 200°F.

The superior mechanical properties of PC-Woody are evidenced by its tensile shear strength of 850 psi, compressive yield of 2340 psi, and flexural strength of 1280 psi. It has a water absorption rate of 0.44% and a weight (specific gravity) of 0.72 g/cm³ or 0.42 oz/in³. Upon curing, PC-Woody achieves a Shore hardness of 50-55 after one week and a heat deflection temperature of 120°F.
